I want you to love your Plants by Laura order! Since each piece is handmade and carefully packaged, I don’t accept returns on all items—but I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If there’s a problem with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos.

2. Refunds

  • If your order qualifies for a refund due to damage or mistake, I’ll process it back to your original payment method once we’ve confirmed the issue.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade nature of my products, I’m not able to accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Used or opened items
  • Gift cards
