Hi! Thank you for supporting Plants by Laura. I carefully prepare and ship each order myself, and I want you to know what to expect when you place an order with me.
1. Shipping Locations
At this time, I only ship within the United States due to current conditions. I’m not able to offer international shipping right now.
2. Processing Time
- I typically process and package orders within 2–4 business days.
- Once your order has shipped, I’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery location.
- I usually ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4. Delivery Estimates
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to make it right.
- Once a package has been shipped and tracking information is provided, I can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Order Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I’m not able to cover delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
